About Divine Lumora: Light the candle - feel the magic

Divine Lumora creates and sells handcrafted candles, including customised and personalised candles.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, finish and fragrance may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Custom candles are created according to the information provided by the customer through our Custom Candle Form.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, including:

• Candle size and style

• Fragrance selection

• Colour selection

• Personalisation

• Names and spelling

• Dates

• Messages or wording

• Design preferences

• Inspiration images

Once a custom design has been confirmed and production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

Divine Lumora may contact the customer if clarification is required before production begins.

Further, due to the product being customised, no refund, returns or exchange will be provided

Customers may upload photographs or images to communicate their design preferences.

By submitting an image, you confirm that you have permission to provide it to Divine Lumora for the purpose of creating your order.

Inspiration images are used as a reference only. Divine Lumora does not guarantee an exact reproduction of another artist's or business's work.

We reserve the right to decline a design request that we believe may infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

Custom candle pricing may vary depending on:

• Candle size
• Quantity
• Fragrance
• Materials
• Decorative elements
• Personalisation
• Complexity of the design
• Packaging
• Delivery requirements

Submitting a Custom Candle Form does not automatically constitute an accepted order.

A custom order will only proceed once the customer has received and accepted the final quote and any required payment has been made.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of purchase.

Divine Lumora reserves the right not to commence production until the required payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and valid.

For standard products, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.

For custom and personalised candles, cancellation or modification will not be an option once materials have been purchased or production has commenced.

Candles must always be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions supplied with the product.

Customers should:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from children and pets.
• Keep candles away from curtains, paper and other flammable materials.
• Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep the candle away from drafts.
• Follow the recommended burning instructions.
• Stop using a candle if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

Divine Lumora is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, failure to follow candle safety instructions, or inappropriate use of a product.

This does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

Delivery timeframes provided by Divine Lumora are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Custom orders may require additional preparation and production time.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delays caused by the delivery provider may be outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Divine Lumora as soon as possible.

We may request:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Any relevant delivery information

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to Divine Lumora is accurate.

This includes names, spelling, dates, messages, addresses and design instructions.

Divine Lumora is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

With the customer's permission, Divine Lumora may photograph completed custom candles for use on our website, social media or promotional materials.

Customers may indicate during the ordering process if they do not wish their custom candle to be photographed or used for promotional purposes.

We will respect that request. 

All content displayed on the Divine Lumora website, including photographs, branding, logos, text, graphics and original designs, belongs to Divine Lumora or is used with appropriate permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without permission.

Information submitted through our website may include your name, contact details, delivery information and customisation preferences.

We will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Where the Privacy Act 1988 applies to a business, privacy obligations include requirements concerning how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and managed.
